When the shoulder is injured, entire upper mobility can be affected and feel painful. The shoulder consists of three bones: the humerus, clavicle, and scapula which together create the ball-and-socket joint. The joint portion of the shoulder is valuable and makes the shoulder the most mobile joint in the body. This range is attributed to the beauty of the rotator cuff. When the rotator cuff is injured, intense shoulder pain follows along with lessened range of motion.
Injury to the shoulder can be from work, sports, school, diseases, but most injuries are common through aging.
